Add Injury Information
The Person Table is a Child Table of the central Incident Table. The Person
Injury Table (illustrated below) is a Child Table of the Person Table. It allows
you to record multiple injuries for a single person and categorized the type of
injury, anatomical location and the severity of that injury.
For example, a person could have a minor sprain of the right ankle, and a serious
fracture of the left upper leg.
The Sample Form does not allow you to add data.
